Reserved PC for him on 29/9/18. Told me he can deal the following Monday or Tuesday. Then delayed cos he got not enough cash. And asked for partial payment and deal 6/10/18. Me being the nice guy said ok. End up he backed out on deal day only AFTER I asked if he's coming. Complete time waster.
