Seller initially became unresponsive after I made payment. I did not receive any response for 5 days even after i sent multiple messages. only responded after I threatened to submit complaint to carousel. seller responded that voucher was out of stock although he initially said got stock before I paid. in the end, I only received the voucher after 10 days. I am giving the 3 stars for the voucher

So I initially gave you 3 stars (which is very generous given the your service). I was thinking of buying more vouchers from you in future.
