Giving faulty macbook

How is it faulty when this deal was done by COD. I exchanged the macbook 2 times for the buyer. Buyer said charger hard to buy but managed to use the macbook for almost 2 days. Then be moved on to say macbook battery drain, then after that say battery percentage can suddenly increase. Gave him multiple solutions but he rejected all. So far no problems with other customer.
