Reminder for you to get your buyer/seller contact if possible, it's easier to contact your dealer when you are on your way to notify that person to standby for the collection/delivery so that deal will be go through smoothly like how you imagine. We as a human sometimes we might suddenly have a last minute plan no matter urgent or non urgent. But still contacting the dealer earlier in advance will make both parties life simple.

You would probably have your obligation or least courtesy to inform your buyer that you would be away and remain uncontactable in advance. Clearly, well informed, we would deal between 10pm to 11pm, waited from 9.50pm to 11.20pm at his convinence "his house' yet doesn't feel any remorse and penalizing for his wrongdoing. Wellingly educated kids in these days.

This guy is good at acting to be an gentlemen. Promised no problem for placing an deposit which serve to be forfeit in event of cancelling the offers. In the end after waiting for whole night no deposits was given as promised and MIA till I follow up the matter myself. Stop acting gentlemen. Cheers
