The manager warned me not to dispose old mattress downstairs, claiming he was fined $1K before. He offered disposal to Tuas for $40. That night, I found the items left downstairs. He lied, saying cleaner wanted them, but the cleaner confirmed it was untrue. The mattress was delivered dirty , with one corner dragged on the floor despite being wrapped. This unprofessional and dishonesty unacceptable

We did moving of items for this customer for a cheaper rate. He also asked whether can dispose the items and we quoted extra $40. We gave it to the cleaner of his area who wants it while we loading to the vehicle to send for disposa. And also his items were not dirty as it was like that when picked up. Customer is not honest as he claim he is unemployed too. He doesn't like the idea we gave it to the cleaner who ask for his items which supposed to disposed. We gave it in a good will.

Moving out is a scary thought for me but I personally met the owner himself who assisted me in the transfer, He was genuinely very kind and friendly. I recommend them so much because they make the transition easy and smooth. Bless your heart for the wonderful experience you shared with me.
