WORST experience I've ever gotten on Carousell. Would give ZERO STARS if I could. This seller lies about shipment status and is unresponsive, so expect to chase A LOT. Generally unhelpful like would say "ok wait ya" and never reply after?? Had to get Carousell to step in for my refund. Timeline my experience pictured below.
