Jann is very efficient with her replies! Very knowledgeable, could answer all my queries. Detailed, patient and very understanding. The car needed some fixing before handing over, and she did a flawless job without charging extra 👍

aftersale , firstly the car handed over properly where the undercarriage board dropped while driving secondly road tax is expiring in less than 3 day but was not told by them. thirdly when trade in your car do take note of their workshop inspection. some item require obu and computer plug in to check whether is faulty , but is was not done but quoted in the quotation as spoil. by using eyepower

Cover can sometimes loosen (aging/external factors). Also note that the car was last jacked up at your chosen workshop for its ppi. While we cannot say for certain, it is possible that the issue arose during or after the ppi. The loose cover was also not flagged during the ppi, which suggests it wasn’t a visible concern at the time 6 months road tax renewed instantly, apologies for genuinely overlooking! Leaking engine oil & worn lower arm indeed diagnosed with eye power, have photos to verify
