Seller was great to deal with, and very candid with sharing. The item purchased was an old unused device which eventually found to be not working well (battery issue). Seller was also keen and quick to offer a refund/return without question but after discussion i decide to try use it albeit without battery and she was willing to agree on a partial refund. Great to transact with confidence!
