I ‘m sorry to hear that.The shoes were bought a few years ago from my travel to US, but exact time can’t remember. But Upon closer look of ur pics, the inside of shoes shows wet/soaked signs (w/darkened spots) n inside pad surface peels off n contains numerous little pop-out,that is common after wetting. In ur pic show an umbrella (u hide here). Also if it’s normal wear as u described,it’s unlikely to cause a big crack on the rubber sole, that seems to b result of violent use/improper heating.
