There are cracks in the item which is not good sign of usage, the seller is very busy for other business, I’m not happy with the item, I’m upset! I want a refund! The wallet is deteriorating!!! The code did not match to the receipt!!! I’m unsatisfied, upset and disgusted!!!

She needs magnifying glass to check if the item she is selling has cracks or flaws or any issues! It’s really clear that she is selling item which has defect and as a buyer I’m really disappointed and disgusted to her! I could not trust a person like this ! She is not transparent to her product! According to her it’s just a small thing but for me this is betrayal of public trust! I’m very upset!!

I have REPEATEDLY sent u videos,photos & info that u needed BEFORE the sale.The moment u told me that u saw a “flaw” that I STILL CAN’T SEE, I IMMEDIATELY OFFERED YOU A FULL REFUND (item+sf) coz I’m confident that sale was done with DUE DILIGENCE and HONESTY from my side. BUT YOU REPEATEDLY REFUSED THE REFUND OFFER (6x) BEC YOU WANT TO KEEP AND USE THE ITEM. As PREVIOUSLY explained, SLG means “small leather goods” in LV receipt so it won’t match the “AGO” monogram on the wallet. Pls stop lying.
