Pros: -Fast respond -Contact ahead before appointment & arrival. Cons: -Didn’t expect cleaning of blower exclude in general servicing (additional charge). -Left puddle water,debris and didn’t clean up after servicing. -Didn’t advice to turn on aircon let it run awhile to remove any excess moisture/water after servicing. Once u turn on will get sprinkle water. Note: Check all in order before pay
