Absolute bad and unprofessional seller... not responsive after taking full funds and no products to show .. buyers beware

The bag was awesome!!! The chocolate tarts is more more more awesome!! I like it so much! Seller was very fast in replying and even deliver it to my doorstep! I like her service and kind response! Would support u more in future! Thumbs up!👍👍

she's very annoying and ok heres the story to those who agree with me as well, ever since like last December or Jan I have purchased an adidas shoes from her for $70 and she said it will take one month to arrive ok being the patient me I waited but she's always MIA like seriously I'm always the one chasing after her and ok that's not all because two to three months later she came to tell me that the shoes won't arrive so she will refund me back my money but seriously until now she hasn't done so

Extremely unhappy with the seller. Once you make payment, she will MIA and not update you about your purchase. Made me wait for 1mth plus for the shoes & kept lying that it's here when it's not. Promised to refund me but gave excuses and kept acting like the victim. Made me chase her like a loanshark. Argued with her till she finally refunded me after 3months. Yet still got the cheek to insult me! If you're soft with her, she won't refund you. So don't hesitate to report her to the police!

My very first bad experience with a seller. Once payment was made, will not do any follow up till you kept pestering her. Then gave many excuses which i didnt know is true or not. Then MIA when knew i demanded a refund as already way past the promised deadline for delivery. Will not hesitate to make a police report.

Finally after waited for more than 2 months and bugging the seller to refund me, she finally funded me fully. As a seller, she should have consistently update her buyer and not the other way round. I guess, if you have the luxury of time to wait, you may wait for your ordered items as it depends on your luck you get it or not. Its been noticed she was not being prompt in replying to messages but very impatient for our reply when she sent one. Unpleasant transaction for sure.

Since I have my money refunded, I shall keep my side of the story. Just an advise, Be timely in updating others. Im not asking for a perfect customer service. It is basic courtesy.

There were many issues for this deal. Since the seller refunded me, I will keep my side of the agreement and amend my feedback. However, because of this terrible experience, I cannot rate this as positive.
