not stating correct information. selling 3 sets, but every set loose item is missing. only manage to mix and match and assemble 1 set only, and the product is not stable. seller should inform items are mixed around and loose items are missing. I'm so disappointed for paying for this

I was very apologetic about the missing item and have refunded him partial . Also have noted to him that I do not have manual as the item is given by friend. Have referred him to approach the Shopee seller. He could able to install 2 sets out of the 3 sets as mentioned. He also demanded me to pay for the transport which I’m have already raised the issue to Carousell if there is a need to pay. Have been very accommodating to him to settle the issue.
