While her requests were valid and fair (i.e. Meeting halfway through, if the chair could be covered with plastic), she showed up at the agreed location more than an hour late. She was very apologetic but still I thought she could’ve been more considerate of my time esp since it’s the weekend.

Hi, thanks for the review. With all honesty, I communicated as much as possible when it appears that I can't make it on time and ask for time allowance. Otherwise, I'd respect you leaving. I hope you took into measures that being late wasn't intentional by any chance, and to be fair enough, we both chose to proceed with the transaction. Thanks again!
