sandal gave way after a few steps, even before I wear to go out... ask for Refund but seller refused😔 😔😡. the shoes is already defective due to long storage and automatically gave way and skin peeling. This is Un ethical.Don't buy from this seller!! yes arrived not spoiled but the whole sole became detached after walking only a few steps...this is no a result of wear and tear!!!! NO REFUND???
The item was genuinely brand new and unworn at the time of sale. Photos were provided to the buyer prior to mailing, and the buyer acknowledged and agreed to the condition. After receiving the sandals, buyer expressed she was pleased with them, confirming its good condition. The photos subsequently posted in this review show signs of wear, refund would not be appropriate.
