Item is already faulty. Seller provide item without charging cable. Seller confirmed item working but have no proof, somehow put the blame on me for not checking the voltage and burnt the power supply. Upon checking, no problem on the power, but issues on the motor. Seller ignored after payment. Nvm, lesson learnt. Hope seller got richer with the RM30 :)

It was reiterated that The item was sold without a charger. Despite this, the buyer insisted on using his own charger and bought it at a reduced price. Using a charger with different voltage could harm the device. The buyer later reported damage and requested evidence of it working well. To avoid such disputes, buyers should request proof of compatibility or conduct a thorough check before purchasing.
