Hi there, to my knowledge, it is quite a common practice in order to reserve the item for the specific buyer with further enquiries and offers being declined towards other potential buyers. Payment upon collection is accepted as well as long as buyer is serious and have provided confirmation. This transaction was cancelled as it was challenging and uncomfortable to deal with the buyer and no final confirmation was received despite the agreement for payment to be made only upon collection.
