Even with receipts proving final postal cost, buyer refused to pay outstanding charges.

More like I made offer for $80+10 postage at her request. She accepted. Then asked for +$14 afterwards - which I still paid. Then because she didn't pack the item properly, the post office asked her to buy new packaging and she tries to charge me again for her problems. Buyers are not responsible for seller failure to properly price their items and incurring cost beyond what was agreed.
