got a last minute notice to fly overseas thus unable to provide cust with macarons. sadly customer wasnt understanding and insisted on a negative feedback. replies were impolite and i got called unethical. as seen from your negative feedbacks i believe that your attitude towards buyer and seller are not friendly. rly hope that customers can be more understanding towards sellers because we are not free 24/7 :) we are humans too and unpredicted circumstances will arise too.

Hello, you cancel at last minute order and I have made payment. You are not honoring your orders. Now you are implying it is OK to dishonour any orders becos we are human! A deal is accepted. Do you think it is simply OK to just say sorry? This is a last minute notice and your action has spoiled my party. I order macaroons which need time to bake. I cant find any bakers in time! Now you want customers to absorb the risk of unpredictable circumstances! Is this how you do business???!!!!!
