You and your daughter are wonderful with the job done! Andy is very approachable! He response to every question and exhibits a lot of patience and good advice! Work done was precise and swift and afterwards, the sawdust on the floor was swept and vacuumed clean! Before they left, Andy gave us tips on how to make the cats adapt to using the flap. Fuss free and fast installation! Came within the next day of confirmation and my cat so far has gotten used to it and uses it. Didn’t know we needed it until we had it. Has a strong magnetic hold so it doesn’t flap around. Highly recommend!
