Deal went through in the end. Buyer was very last-minute, but I accommodated. Tried to negotiate based on retail sales, even though my price was already lower (I checked). A bit entitled.

honestly thought seller was okay but I guess not. It was a last minute deal and she was late and didn't inform and I didn't even say anything and waited. She could have said no if she thinks it's too last minute to meet. As for the discount of $2, I asked if it was negotiable and she offered the price of $78. Ended up calling me entitled. Truly shocked with this lady
