Buyer basically MIA after confirming meet up. Reached location and was not able to get in touch with buyer. I gave buyer almost a day to reply (in case phone no batt) but still refuses to reply although I've seen him/her online. Because of blacksheeps like this, I'll have to consider getting money prior to meet up.
