Yes there are no scratches on the case but the overall condition is barely usable. The rubber sidings of the case do not stick on the hard plastic back of the case anymore hence, it is very flimsy. You have to always apply force to put the hard plastic back part to its place again and again. The seller did not mention this very crucial condition of the case. Despite the good communication we had.
