He's a master of his craft and and very experienced. My luggage's telescopic handle cracked and he managed to fix the original handle without the need to replace it. I had a tight time line but he managed to deliver. When I was worried that my luggage won't be ready in time he even went the extra mile to offer to lend me one to use first. Very nice uncle & knowledgeable! 👍👍👍

it was a smooth and pleasant transaction! upon collection, I shared my concern with him regarding the wheel base being shaking still, because I got to know from him he changed out the wheels but base is not included. it was fair deal. so after hearing my concern, he came down to help me take a look to see if he can fix and align the base for me and viola he managed to ! very happy thank u so much!

My luggage was given a new lease of life after John skillfully replaced it's telescopic handle. As the replacement handle was non-OEM, it presented challenges (specially different locations of mounting bosses and minor gaps to address) he took time to study in detail and discuss the issues with me before incorporating key points into the final repair. Overall, good craftmanship repair.
