He revealed that he was from outside Singapore only after the deal was made and would not be able to pickup that evening. No deposit was offered to hold a high value item. When his offer that was trumped by another customer who was ready to pick up immediately, I reached out to inform him as a courtesy and cancel the deal. Rather than be reasonable, he got aggressive, at which stage I blocked him. He needs to develop transparency and maturity.
