U were impatient, wont stop calling me outside Carousell app. U blamed me for delays that were clearly beyond my control like when the courier had to make adjustments for our pick up schedules due to the typhoon. Yes, you for the item even before I asked, but why dy have to act as if u were forced to. She was nnecessarily rude even when I was calmly explaining the situation. Its so hard to deal with customers like you who lack patience and understanding. Halatang slow :)
