Seller did not understand that I had exams and other things going on, and she backed out of trade because I had to change times due to school work

Timing of the transaction was not a problem, was willing to wait until after your exam but price was negotiated not once but many times after an offer was made on this platform, defeating the purpose of making an offer in the first place..
