Seller make me wait for 20 mins at his desired location. Call and sms and message through Carousel also no reply. On the 4th call, seller answer and i cant make up what he is saying as he sounds like someone high on substance. Cut story short. Seller knows what time we are meeting and still can say "i go there now". Time is already 4.20. If he had call or msg saying he will be late, i dont mind. Whatever it is, please be careful when dealing with seller. Once bitten twice shy.
