Promise to make payment within 12 hours delayed for 4 days, no courtesy to inform if more time needed to make payment unless I asked. Told she'll make payment next day 11am, but to no avail. Suddenly PM made payment after 8 days??!! Then asked me to change negative feedback I left. When I refuse & want to refund her, because she's wasting my time no longer want to deal w her, she said I have bad attitude and left negative feedback on me??!! What a moron.
