The buyer promised to complete the purchase, giving assurance that the transaction would proceed as agreed. Based on this commitment, I reserved the item and declined other potential buyers who had shown interest. However, when the expected time came to finalize the deal, the buyer failed to follow through any concrete action toward completing the purchase.
