Not truthful seller, I did asked is exchange set from Apple? Very tactical answer and firmly it is new set, after meet up just say is during warranty period replace NEW set, still buy is because help others to buy and already travel 45 minutes, my mistake is never check is it BNIB 🧐 Benefits of doubt to seller if she really doesn’t know that under warranty claim, Apple will replace your broken phone, but unlikely will give the new, likely to be refurbished. Anyway you win, I lose...

Dear Madam, descriptions of the phone were clearly stated in the product details & no inaccurate info was indicated. It wasn't stated as Brand New In Box either but guaranteed new. Do clarify specifically in future if you have any doubts on the product before purchasing. By the way, we did offer to meet at a nearer location beforehand. However, you offered to travel over. Didn't know that made you so upset. Nevertheless, hope you have a nice evening ahead.
