Very happy with the service although have some hiccups but we also need to understand. Sometimes weather conditions is very unpredictable. Although the 1st arrangement have some problems. But the seller assure me to help me to collect the next day. Very helpful to a mommy like me. I Highly Recommend this rider. Just be patient as they reply slow maybe because they also need to settle the delivery. But no worries they are reliable.

Hi , what happen yesterday ? Confirmed collection time and date but your courier team never turn up at all ? Out of courtesy & mutual respect , u should at least inform me something happened u can’t make it or delayed etc . Yesterday U mentioned 2pm , I waited till 3pm no response from u . In the end , I engaged a taxi to deliver myself , not only delivery fee incurred was higher , the hamper also arrived late as the opening ceremony end at 5pm .

And also during that unfortunate day our rider is down so all orders were delayed so late that we have to cancel alot of orders. I can’t describe how grateful I am to find them!!!! Very reliable and great service!!! Two thumbs up with the team. I inquire around past 4pm and was able to do my request and pick up the item around 630pm the same day!!! Will definitely call them again!
