Hi may i know the reason for the 4-star rating? 😕 I did provide photos before shipping the items & everything was in good condition. I also wrapped the books properly and double layered them with plastic for extra protection. Im a new seller & currently have only a few reviews so a 4-star rating really affects my overall rating. I would truly appreciate it if u could let me know what i could improve. Thank you so much :)
