I deeply apologize for the delay, Ma’am. I was in the process of carefully packing the item to ensure it would be well-protected during shipping. However, just before I sent the shipping rate, I saw your message requesting a refund. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Please know that the refund has already been processed. Thank you so much for your prompt payment and for your kind patience and understanding. You are still an absolutely amazing and valued buyer. 🙏
