The Novita dehumidifier is very dirty which I did not perform inspection on the water tank and the filter which were very dirty. If I knew these dirty, I would not have bought as the item listed was "Lightly used"

Didn't get your point? You came here and have opportunity to do the inspection, instead you waste my time talking about nonsense of a old book and crazy prophecy. Don't do this kind of things, you was not obligated to buy and didn't pay in advance, if does not meet your expectations simple turn around and go back to your home. You paid 50sdd for a perfect equipment and even so you are complaining about cleaning...
