received the item about 2 weeks ago, didnt really open the package , and when did , realised the clasp of the item was faulty and seller didnt mention.. understand that the problem shouldve been raised up earlier, but still feel seller should take responsibility for not stating that the item sold was faulty and not double checking the state of item. Disappointed

Don’t see a point to argue who’s right or wrong as it’s your word against mine at this juncture. On my end I have checked that item was working before listing & sending out. If you received the item and immediately flagged out the issue, I would understand and take responsibility as that’s my fault. But not if a request like this after 3 weeks. Even Shopee has a return policy of 14 days. Hope you can understand.
