Advertised as “POP MART” under “The brand” but the actual product received was labelled as “POR MAPT” even though the packaging box is with the Pop Mart brand. Trying to resolve the issue with the Seller for a return/refund but she refused to entertain. Selling counterfeit goods is illegal in Malaysia: - Trademarks Act 2019 - Consumer Protection Act 1999 - Sale of Goods Act 1957
