Seller is responsive and negotiable. Unfortunately on my end, the amp I bought is faulty and I need to send it for repair. However, seller took accountability for it and we managed to discuss and work things out. Not many sellers are like this especially when it comes to out of warranty items yet they still took responsibility. Looking forward to deal with the seller in the future insyaAllah.
