Had asked the seller specifically what the height of the tripod is when opened up and the reply was 1.4m. Unfortunately during the meet up the tripod could only reach 1.2m and was not tall enough for my use. I had to travel at my own cost to the preferred dealing location of the seller so both sides had committed time and resources to this transaction. However, the seller became rather upset. I would say it is unfair to blame only a single party for the disagreement.

My reply is - shld be 1.4, that’s the spec as attached from digipod as item is new in box I never use before. If U tell me height is a big concern I can measure for u. Do understand my disappointment at that moment esp I had trouble my spouse to travel down to accommodate your requested timing and urgency. You shld’ve communicate clearer, not confirm deal when u not sure. My rapport has always been positive.
