Friendly seller and was kind to allow negotiation. Allowed me to collect on the day itself. But deal was delayed from 10pm to 11pm as seller claimed that he has to take time and clean the item. Yet when I receive it, item was dusty and has plenty of spiders and dead baby roach underneath. Not exactly a "9.5/10" condition as I was expecting. Transaction was smooth but hopefully seller can be honest and considerate for future deals.

Appologize for that. We forgot to clean the bottom but we do lap the inside drawer and surface. But the drawer itself really in a very new condition. Thanks.
