one was full and one was EMPTY AND DRY. Refused to pick up the item and refund TODAY Accused me of “COOKING” the lipstick instead of acknowledging that the product was already consumed upon arrival. I provided all the photos she requested to show the actual condition ni-literal ni ate 😭 When I just set the heat for 10 secs & placed the lippie AFTER for 15 secs to generate mild warmth.

Haha I initiated return and refund FIRST yesterday, which you REFUSED to process cited the SF as your REASON. You are insisting to do the return by next year, which is not possible, as I’ll be out of the country til the 1st week of January. MATALINO KA KASI HAHA IT WAS YOUR FAULT FOR PLACING THE LIPSTICK IN THE MICROWAVE. YES NILUTO NIYA GUYS KAYA NATUYO HAHA. The item was brand new and that buyer refused my suggestion to return the item via J&T and did not cooperate in resolving the issue. Instead of discussing the issue properly, she used offensive language, calling me “crazy” and “bobo,” and said she would just treat the ₱600 as “abuloy.” This kind of behavior is unnecessary and disrespectful over a simple transaction concern.
