Item not as described. Specifically asked if it is brand new and non-activated, seller said yes. Upon setting up, device has been activated 6 months ago. Raised to seller but nothing was done. Just said sorry he didn’t know. Deal at your own risk.

In response to the seller’s response, which then again shows the irresponsibility of him. Yes, you could have not known the warranty is activated but there should be a resolution to that because this deal only went through based on the fact that you mentioned it’s brand new. Item listed at $999, I offered $900 for a fast deal at your convenience AND based on BRAND NEW UNACTIVATED. But? It wasn’t

Appreciate your purchase and truly sorry for your dissatisfaction. My reviews show that i’ve always been a trustworthy seller. As mentioned, the item is brand new, however I didn't realize the warranty had already been active because I received it as a lucky draw present and haven't touched it since. Yet i still matched your budget at $900. Sincere apologies. 🙏🏻
