The item wasn’t as described in the listing. The dimensions were wrong & there were missing parts. I’m unable to use the item at all. I couldn’t tell the item’s makeup/parts through the picture so I couldn’t verify the item properly during the meetup. I told the seller thereafter but she asked me to buy the parts myself (but IKEA no longer sells it). She ignored me and refused a refund.
some of the clips to hold the frame must hv dropped off during transit as i apologised ... i myself had no idea , just swop the clips around the dimensions were advertised as is ... few cm difference is due to whether u measured frame to frame or inner picture to picture offered u $5 to buy the clips from ikea but u ignored and insisted on full refund these are standard frame clips and i am sure ikea sells them for their other frames no refunds as stated in the seller's profile
