He offered low first time and I rejected; I mentioned acceptable price and he offered again and I accepted, should have considered enough to make those offers, even asked me to whatsapp to chat at 12 midnight as well as how to pay. The rule on Carousell is making offer if interested and honour it to proceed, making offer for fun and wasting seller's time to reserve? Still come back to leave bad review here without remorse, nonsense.

I have received the item yesterday, the situation is beyond my expectations, the CD is not scratched and looks brand new, just a bit yellowish because aging, but can't complain anymore because it is 17 years old. Seller is very responsible, fast response, and fast delivery.

Easy to deal with and prompt delivery. But the hot cold gel pack item is almost not useable since the gel inside was almost gone (bought a brand new one from caring store and it had more gel inside compare to sellers item, even sent pic to seller to show difference). Since there is less gel inside, it retains the cold less. Seller begging to cancel negative feedback since it was still usesable. Clearly seller does not know condition of item.
As discussed, the item had not been used before and there was no stain, grease and wrinkles when posted. Photos were shown in the listing. Your goodself confirmed there was no leakage. Post office weghted it as more than 0.75kg, postage fee was more than stated in the listing, which I absorbed the extra cost. It is puzzling what you mean by gel inside was almost gone.
