This is why photos are important. Proof! I'll leave it for whomever reads this to decide for themselves if the damage was indeed from wear and not storage as claimed. BTW, when you advertise "brand new" as a lost leader and the buyer accepts it despite the product being clearly not, doubling down with beligerence is hardly appropriate. I urge you to be more accurate in your claims in future and more gracious in your responses.

all details were clearly stated in description. Questions asked & as a seller answered clearly. Offer was made & accepted yet buyer backs out after clearly written in description that this is a preorder.

Once again, my apologies. I misunderstood preorder to mean that stocks have yet to arrive. Didn't realise it also meant prepaying for the item. Thanks for understanding.
