Met the buyer to give the item which she barely checked and 2 weeks later she called me to get a refund because the items was stained (item shown on pictureS was the real item no picture from the net). Buyer also asked to meet up for refund vs coming to my place to bring it back. Also she told me that if I don’t do the refund I will get bad review (which I am expecting anyway from her) so I accepted to refund (not full amount) and met up. Never heard of customer service on carousell.

Very unfortunate to have this transaction and have this comment when things were dealt with reasonably. Never threatened to write a bad review and I actually didn’t write a bad review. The item description and photo showed food stains and when received, it was more than food stains, hence, I requested a refund. I did not want my son to eat from something dirty.I had a cranky 5month old with me when I did the exchange so wasn’t able to check item at that time. Very unfortunate to have this happen
