As mentioned to buyer that I'm not out to cheat. Therefore agreed for a full refund of the item. Personally, didn't know of the calcium build up as iron was used by my wife. Did a cal clean after I took back the iron. Agreed that it's my oversight for putting the condition "Like new" but don't think I deserve a 1 star from buyer.
