Item listed “M” but tag is “L.” When I asked, seller called it “as fit” sizing but I wear M(38) Escada so I asked for a refund. Seller only agreed if I paid shipping which was unfair. I said lugi and she said she had to get this picked up from another house and could have sold it to someone else but chose me?Also said I could pick up whenever but not true, after paying said I had to wait 1 day pa

My side? Seller told me to cover shipping for a wrongly advertised item. If I did that, I’d be lugi - didn’t get the right item but had to cover shipping twice? While lugi pa rin, at least less bad if I could get both refunded. I changed my mind about a product that wasn’t honestly described. Activewear too big is ugly, possibly dangerous, useless. Seller so rude I told her to just keep my money

Listed the item as M as it does not fit L and reiterated that to her but seems that she changed her mind about the item and kept badgering for a refund. Ended up offering her one, and now she wants all items (even with no issues) to be refunded & all her shipping expenses be paid. Insisted I can just “resell the items so I wont be lugi” We messaged at 9 PM & she picked up the next morning, explained that had to prepare the items as I was not home. Will not succumb to rude buyers trying to scam!

Unpleasant seller, slow to respond, told me I can pick up item at any time (but she would only respond very late at night and then one day told me that it wasn’t available for pick up yet). Don’t recommend :(

Seller became very hostile when I pointed out the other item is the wrong size (her listing said “M” but its tag said “L”). Told me that it’s my fault for not asking? Tbh I only ever see “as fit” sizing for items without a tag. Super unpleasant and rude, recommend staying away!

Literally responded the next day, explained also I wasn’t home and can’t pack and ship the items that night yet - which is normal 😂 Listed the item as M as it does not fit L and reiterated that to her on chat — but seems that she changed her mind about the item upon getting it and kept badgering for a refund and me to pay your shipping fees - Carousell is not a closet at your disposal :) Additionally, most of what you’re saying isn’t true, but ok try to spin it to something more believable 😂
