Seller was friendly and contactable. Promised to meet up today to confirm the deal. But she got her husband to complete the transaction and the husband told me last minute that he could not meet and finalize the deal tonight. Extension requested but would not put in deposit to secure the item. Hence he just cancelled the deal. Opportunity cost wasted as other buyers was rejected earlier.
