Made an offer 5 days ago but didn't get the item. His excuse was he thought I was from QC. My account clearly states that I'm from pque. Tried offering *shp app* checkout so he can get free shipping and he agreed but it's been 5 days and he still hasn't ordered it and he never replied to any of my follow ups. Bogus buyer and waste of time! Next time, don't offer if you're not sure to get the item.
